I haven't received my product. Can I check the delivery status of my product?
You can check the delivery status using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. Also, please contact us using the inquiry form along with your order number.

Customs duties and taxes vary depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Can I specify a delivery company?
You can choose between FedEx delivery, regular delivery by Japan Post, and EMS (International Express Mail).
Package was not received and returned.

Will there be a separate shipping charge for orders that are delivered to different addresses?

Can I send it as a gift?
